📋 Description

• Liaise and collaborate with each consultant project lead on a regular and ongoing basis • Create and manage full-scale project plans in Kantata, including task breakdowns, deliverables, milestones, budgets, timelines, rate cards, planned hours, and data access permissions • Support, prepare for, and participate in internal project team kickoff and closeout meetings • Track, manage, and update client project progress • Communicate status, successes, and areas of concern to consultant project team leads and internal stakeholders • Identify, track, and report potential risks; recommend contingency plans and support risk mitigation strategies • Track estimated hours, review and approve or reject project team timecards • Track pass-through expenses and expense reports • Track and manage the client invoicing process • Reconcile NetSuite and Kantata project data • Liaise with Finance for Sales Order development • Co-create, co-manage, and co-update Kantata project workspaces for collaborative projects • Manage change order processes in NetSuite and Kantata • Comply with established standards, policies, and procedures • Contribute to internal project management process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications, or other relevant field combined with a strong interest in a project management career • Detail-oriented, resourceful, responsible, tenacious, independent, and self-confident • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) • Legal authorization to be employed in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this position • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities
