📋 Description

• Develop technical scopes of work for repair and modification Service Orders for Department of Defense fuel facilities under the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers RMMR program • Develop scopes in accordance with UFC 3-460-01, API Standard 650, and applicable UFGS • Review repair specifications for purchased or fabricated equipment and components for contractual and material-specification compliance • Develop Service Order cost estimates, logistics schedules, and construction schedules • Coordinate project package requirements with subcontractors • Coordinate field execution with RMMR Project Managers, USACE Project Managers, USACE engineers, and facility-level Quality Assurance Evaluators • Process project packages within required timelines • Invoice work and audit subcontractor submittals and invoices • Conduct project close-out and verify work completion, administrative closeout requirements, and accurate invoice numbers • Verify and utilize GSA schedules for contract compliance • Develop, update, and maintain project schedules • Attend project team and project update meetings and maintain accurate service-order statuses • Coordinate among clients, contractors, site personnel, and project team • Perform other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Four years of project management, project coordination, or related experience in a technical field • Associate’s degree or certification in technical, engineering, scientific field, or an equivalent field, plus five years of relevant experience • Successful results of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen • Comply with company drug and alcohol policy • Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate’s start date • Proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Database, PowerPoint, and Project • Ability to use or learn QuickBase, eMaint, MaintainX, Timberland and/or other software programs that manage information and schedules • Ability to use mathematical concepts, including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions • Ability to conduct problem-solving • Ability to manage workload priorities and time • Ability to use and understand basic accounting principles related to invoicing and revenue • Proven written and verbal communication ability • Ability to react to dynamic situations and retain effectiveness • Ability to lift 25 pounds • Current, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance • Ability to obtain basic security clearances if required for access to federal installations or secure facilities • Preferred: Experience working on or with USACE projects • Preferred: Experience in the DoD/civilian fuels or construction industry • Preferred: Project estimating experience with fuels systems
