📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle • Build and maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders • Manage client communications and provide strategic updates • Develop project plans covering timelines, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and resources • Lead team onboarding and kickoff meetings • Lead project execution within scope, timelines, and budgets • Assign and coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams • Review and approve project time entries • Oversee project financials, revenue recognition, and budget tracking • Facilitate discovery, scoping, development, and delivery of change requests • Monitor project progress, milestones, timelines, resources, and workflows • Manage third-party project deliverables • Serve as liaison for internal and external stakeholders • Lead project status meetings and distribute status summaries, recaps, recordings, and documentation • Communicate project changes and impacts to stakeholders and executive leadership • Identify, assess, resolve, and escalate project issues and risks • Implement risk mitigation strategies • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations • Lead project closure meetings and transition projects to post-implementation support • Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement • Recommend improvements to administrative and operational processes • Support sales through project scoping and identifying additional services or solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience leading ERP implementation projects for Sage X3 or similar ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Syspro, ProccessPRO, MS Dynamics) • Proven success managing end-to-end ERP projects within Process Manufacturing or Distribution Manufacturing • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in scope • Solid understanding of ERP concepts • Experience in process manufacturing or distribution manufacturing desired • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and meeting key performance metrics • Bachelor’s degree required • PMP Certification required • Ability to travel a minimum of 20% to client locations in the US • Customer approval may be required for access to customer information, systems, and/or premises
