📋 Description

• Lead operational projects end-to-end from planning through implementation and stabilization • Keep delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives • Drive projects focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, workflow optimization, and service improvements • Coordinate Claims Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, Vendor Management, and external partners • Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, status reporting, and implementation strategies • Identify process gaps and recommend operational enhancements • Monitor project performance, cost savings opportunities, and operational outcomes • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and deliver project updates • Escalate risks or barriers before they derail progress

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Project Management, or related field preferred • 5+ years of project management, operations, or process improvement experience, specifically within healthcare, claims, or insurance environments • Track record managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment • Experience with process improvement methodologies or operational optimization initiatives preferred • Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint • Project management tools and software • Process improvement methodologies • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time • Must occasionally move inside the office to access office machinery, filing cabinets, and meeting facilities • Must constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery • Must frequently position self to maintain files in file cabinets • Must frequently move boxes or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds • Must communicate information and ideas so others understand and exchange accurate information • Must be able to observe details at close range
