📋 Description

• Support a DHS program providing professional services for application analysis, architectural design, engineering, development, maintenance, and support • Manage and provide technical direction for projects • Own project cost, schedule, quality, deliverables, and contractual compliance • Ensure quality and timely delivery of project deliverables • Enforce work standards and task schedules • Review work discrepancies • Supervise technical personnel • Recommend project hires and terminations • Communicate organizational policies, purposes, and goals to subordinate personnel • Assist in budgeting required resources for project implementation and completion • Integrate Agile practices with PMBOK and DHS SELC

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with 24 credit hours in business related courses • 5 years of experience combined in information systems development and project management from inception to deployment • Demonstrated ability to manage a team • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • US Citizen • Ability to successfully complete a government issued background investigation • Ability to obtain a Public Trust • Prior Public Trust or Security Clearance, preferred • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Ability to clearly convey complex technical and programmatic topics to diverse stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Exceptional organizational skills with consistent attention to detail and follow-through • Adaptability to shifting priorities, new technologies, or changes in project scope • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities • Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into actionable plans • Ability to motivate and guide technical teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
