📋 Description

• Review store plans with the store planning department to verify fixture placement and inclusion of business services • Oversee ordering of store computer systems • Coordinate system installation • Determine arrival dates for set-up merchandising teams • Provide oversight and direction to store set-up coordinators regarding fixtures, merchandising, data, and telephone equipment • Coordinate delivery of store supplies with outside vendors • Order planogram books, price labels, and set-up planogram copies • Order material handling equipment and waste removal • Manage delivery and installation dates with outside vendors and the construction project manager for shelving and store fixtures • Coordinate with distribution center management on delivery of sales-area and stockroom merchandise • Manage safety for on-site workers during the set-up phase and ensure safe-work training • Provide timely updates through the project management portal • Create and distribute end-of-job reports and as-built plans • Provide revised planogram information to merchandising teams • Ensure completion of final walk-throughs

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel 50% to 75% of the time • 2 years of project management experience and managing people • Previous retail experience with store set-up, planograms, store fixtures, or construction projects preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel • Experience working with project management software preferred • Ability to lead through influence • Interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills • Working knowledge of safety requirements preferred • Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization • Excellent individual and group communication skills • Sense of urgency regarding deadlines and projects • Creativity and ability to manage time effectively
