📋 Description
• Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices • Inbound and outbound phone calls • Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations • Verify insurance eligibility • Register new patients • Collect and update patient information in the dental office's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality • Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with patients, fostering a positive and welcoming environment
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of customer service experience required • Prior orthodontic experience in either the front office or back office is also required
