📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day cardiac remote monitoring program for specific cardiology clinic customers of CRMS by DocGo • Review daily alerts and transmissions for patients enrolled in remote monitoring websites • Document, interpret, triage, and communicate with patients, team lead, clinical staff, and physicians to coordinate care • Perform Implantable Loop Recorder monitoring and educate patients on remote monitoring • Serve in a leadership role for the Cardiac Monitoring Center's daily operations • Review remote monitoring software daily for transmission data and alerts • Identify alerts requiring immediate attention and notify clinical staff • Perform remote device interrogation and/or follow-up • Document patient remotes in the database • Enter findings and communication contacts according to Clinic Management protocol • Coordinate device monitoring programs including Merlin.net, CareLink, Biotronik, and Latitude • Upload and review daily CIED reports according to protocols • Maintain knowledge of new developments in device technology • Support physicians and clinical staff as a resource for remote device management • Contribute to company oversight and information security functions under the Remote Employee HIPAA Guidelines • Resolve issues appropriate to the position

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience reviewing transmissions from CIEDs (Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices), including Pacemakers, Cardiac Defibrillators, and Implanted Loop Recorders • International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) certification including CCDS, CDRMS, or IBHRE Testamur is preferred; completion of IBHRE certification will be required within one year of hire • Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) certification required prior to start of employment for applicants without current IBHRE certification • Strong cardiac device knowledge and cardiac rhythm interpretation • Ability to create device transmission reports capturing all relevant data • Experience analyzing Abbott, Boston Scientific, Biotronik, and Medtronic remote device transmissions • Strong patient education skills • Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation • Patient, empathetic, reliable, and flexible • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent leadership and documentation skills • Professionalism in all interactions • Understanding of all HIPAA regulations and strict adherence to them
