📋 Description

• Lead Docker’s Information Technology Department • Build a metrics-driven, business-focused IT organization and define its mission and vision • Develop systems and procedures supporting continual service improvement and internal customers • Contribute as a thought leader within the Central Operations & Systems leadership team • Assess, architect, and right-size the applications footprint • Enable connected enterprise systems and trusted information flow into the cloud • Build relationships with technical leaders and business executives to understand business needs • Ensure efficient delivery of IT services • Develop a multi-year IT strategy and roadmap aligned with company strategy • Manage future technology debt challenges and raise awareness of technical dependencies • Motivate the team and organization through innovative and technical advancements • Develop trust, collaboration, best technical practices, and program timeliness • Drive optimization and effective practices for internal and external customers • Collaborate with executives to identify how IT can support business and financial goals • Provide employees with IT productivity tools, workstations, and accessories • Build enterprise-wide help desk services, application management, and device lifecycle logistics • Provide operational transparency through real-time service health metrics • Identify KPIs for IT services and team members • Develop service-level agreements aligned with IT customer productivity needs

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of global IT leadership experience • Experience in a fast-moving technology startup • Ability to conceptualize long-term business goals and develop orderly processes • Ability to formulate high-level strategy, convert it into a tactical plan, and execute it • AI-and-automation-first mentality • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field • Master’s degree is a plus • Docker considers visa sponsorship case by case based on business needs
