📋 Description

• Design, implement, and administer cost-effective health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs across North America • Manage the multi-region operational budget using financial modeling and market benchmarking • Oversee ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and regional statutory requirements • Partner with Legal, Tax, and Payroll to audit filings and mitigate risk • Oversee strategic carrier and vendor relationships to control claim costs, optimize service delivery, and maximize total rewards value • Provide direct leadership and coaching to a team of benefits professionals • Translate corporate priorities into actionable operational goals • Shape and elevate Iron Mountain’s total rewards landscape through sustainable, high-impact benefit strategies across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico • Partner with senior executive leadership to balance fiscal responsibility with competitive programs supporting the workforce

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive benefits leadership experience managing complex multi-country portfolios across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico • Deep working knowledge of statutory benefits, tax rules, ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and regional governance • Proven financial acumen with expertise in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and constructing scalable, financially sustainable plan designs • Commanding executive presence with the ability to translate complex compliance and financial data into clear, direct decision frameworks for senior leadership
