📋 Description

• Set the multi-year vision and direction for interoperability at Devoted • Turn the interoperability vision into measurable gains in clinical quality, operational efficiency, and data reliability • Define and deliver interoperability compliance across a changing regulatory landscape, including CMS-0057-F • Lead and grow data exchange operational teams covering clinical data acquisition, integration operations, and telephony • Align Clinical, Operations, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Compliance teams and remove systemic blockers • Build and manage a coherent strategy for multi-million-dollar vendor partnerships • Shape relationships and policy with provider and regulatory partners • Translate the interoperability landscape into clear decisions for senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience • Track record of leading other leaders • Experience building and scaling multi-function organizations • Experience recruiting, coaching, and mentoring talent • Command of healthcare data exchange standards, including FHIR, HL7, and C-CDA • Knowledge of CMS Interoperability rules, ASTP/ONC, TEFCA, and information blocking • Experience with health information exchange and EHR and clinical/claims/pharmacy data integration • Experience delivering regulatory and compliance milestones with business outcomes • Experience coordinating technical and operational work across many teams • Experience aligning multiple stakeholder groups around a single plan • Experience owning and negotiating multi-million-dollar vendor relationships • Experience representing an organization's position with providers, regulators, and industry forums • Experience building multi-year strategic roadmaps and driving measurable outcomes • Data-driven mindset and proactive execution skills • Provider, payor, or EHR experience • Experience at an EHR, health information network, or clinical data intermediary/platform • Understanding of value-based care and payment incentives from a risk-bearing provider perspective • Direct experience engaging with regulatory partners and interoperability policy • Strong financial modeling and budgeting skills • Experience owning a domain budget
