📋 Description

• Maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HRIS • Ensure HRIS applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department • Collaborate with HRIS Analysts, Business Process Owners, HR Operations, and IT team members to support deadlines • Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to the HRIS Manager • Identify, recommend, and program custom functions and documentation, including automated queries, filters, macros, and reports • Plan, modify, and test new applications and features across Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Absence Management, and Payroll • Support or perform activities related to development, implementation, maintenance, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures • Prepare training materials, guides, and documentation • Provide user training and hands-on support • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively with HRIS Analysts, Business Process Owners, HR Operations, and IT team members • Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills • Ability to work within a team environment • Ability to identify, analyze, recommend, implement/execute, and support independently • After-hours support required when necessary • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures • Ability to keep information confidential • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Thorough understanding of information systems • Highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product • Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of experience with HR business systems
