📋 Description

• Own the success of New Verticals integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, contractors, and internal business stakeholders • Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related blockers • Manage external relationships with New Verticals partners • Lead implementation and process improvement • Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, merchant insights, and new process definition • Help shape the systems integrations roadmap with product and operations owners • Partner with Growth Operations to educate stakeholders on integrations and create user-friendly enablement content • Serve as a subject matter expert for DoorDash’s integrated offerings • Guide partners through new integration builds • Collaborate with merchants and integration partners to ensure seamless onboarding and successful platform integration • Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support • Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions • Work on strategic projects based on merchant needs to improve the product offering, processes, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes • Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships • Experience in project and/or program management • Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams • Experience working in grocery or alcohol ecommerce is a plus • 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions • Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks • Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree required • Problem-solving ability and experience resolving complex escalations • Technical acumen and comfort navigating engineering terminology • Relationship-building and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized • Analytical ability to interpret complex data and inform product prioritization • Comfort leveraging AI tools and applying AI in day-to-day work
