📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design and configuration of Workday Compensation architecture, including grade profiles, eligibility rules, and range and benchmarking data • Lead technical readiness for compensation cycle open, close, and hypercare • Partner with Total Rewards, People Operations, and Finance to maintain accurate compensation data and schedules • Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday compensation touchpoints with Talent, Performance, and Reporting • Troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues • Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions • Identify opportunities to reduce manual, error-prone processes • Support data integrity and compliance through regular audits, testing, and documentation • Interact with senior leaders and cross-functional partners • Report to the Sr. Manager of Business Technology Architecture

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of work experience in HRIS implementation and configuration • Deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and integration points across Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Reporting • Experience owning compensation cycle execution such as merit, bonus, or equity for a global organization • Experience with data loads, compensation statements, and range or benchmarking data management • BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience • Analytical problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, continually changing environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience partnering directly with senior stakeholders across global business units
