📋 Description

• Lead the technical direction and roadmap for hardening Dasher Security Products • Partner with Product Engineering, Legal, Security Engineering Platform, Data teams, and cross-functional partners • Build paved-road proactive security controls enabling secure-by-design AI products • Focus on application hardening, anti-app reversing, and payment security in the global Dasher ecosystem • Execute cross-brand AI-enabled vulnerability discovery, multi-level harnesses, and automated remediation • Mentor and coach earlier-career engineers • Set and enforce standards for Operational Excellence and Software Engineering • Report directly to the Manager of the Proactive Security Engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Security Product Engineer at an Internet-scale organization • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Security Engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience • Technical leadership in AI Security, Account Security, and Product Security Engineering across B2C, B2B, and B2V security controls • Experience building in one or more object-oriented languages, such as Go or Java • Experience designing technical Security Engineering controls and processes to meet business and regulatory requirements • Technical leadership designing scalable, AI-enabled, ergonomic Security Review threat modeling • Hands-on experience securing large-scale consumer application ecosystems handling millions of transactions per day • Exceptional problem-solving abilities for complex systemic issues • Analytical and investigative abilities, including leading root-cause analysis for security incidents • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
