📋 Description

• Work inbound leads from business owners needing print items or direct mail • Determine customer needs, provide quotes, and close sales • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and disciplined follow-up using the dialer • Educate business owners about direct mail strategy before selling • Convert free DOPE 360 accounts into paying customers • Build and manage a book of accounts • Sell DOPE Marketing's automated traditional marketing products, including postcards, handwritten notes, and gift boxes • Collaborate with and use HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, and internal systems

🎯 Requirements

• Prior sales experience; this isn't your first sales job • Self-starter able to run own day independently • Willingness to work in a remote, commission-only environment • Comfortable with high-volume phone work and handling objections • Competitive, coachable, and organized • CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable) • Solid Google Workspace proficiency • Door knocking, insurance sales, or high-volume outbound phone work experience is advantageous • Completion of two weeks of onboarding training
