📋 Description

• Enable success of enterprise clients onboarding on the Doppel platform • Coordinate development lifecycle of various third party integrations and SIEMs • Troubleshoot and resolve SSO and authentication-related issues (SAML, OAuth, etc). • Enable webhook and API onboarding for internal and external customers • Proactively identify and scale customer limits on the Doppel platform. • Manage the development of 4-5 parallel integration work streams with multiple stakeholders • Set and maintain deadlines with clear communications • Bridge communication gaps between engineering and other non technical functions • API/Webhook enablement for marketing, CSMs, sales engineers, and customers • Able to build applications on top of our webhook platform to level up Doppel use-cases • Own product adoption and usage metrics related to integrations. • Create and maintain dashboards to track customer API/webhook usage and system health. • Document and iterate on onboarding and integration best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• A proficient technical background - to understand APIs, databases, and enterprise configuration management • Proven project management with multiple parties across time zones • Be extremely customer facing, and have a resilient, troubleshooting mindset • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to query data and build dashboards.
