📋 Description

• Build, schedule, and send campaign flows in Klaviyo • Build campaign emails, content emails, flows, transactional emails, and SMS/RCS campaigns and flows according to the strategy and send calendar • Ensure email and SMS/RCS sends are set up, scheduled, and sent on time • Maintain the Klaviyo template and module library, naming conventions, and folder organization • Build dynamic and personalized content using conditional blocks, product feeds, and profile and event properties • Collaborate with the Copywriter, Creative Designer, and Marketing Assistant to implement copy and creative accurately in-platform • Execute segmentation and audience logic for campaigns and flows • Assist with building forms and tagging profile properties in Klaviyo • Set up and execute A/B tests, including subject lines, content, send times, and flow branches • Complete self-review before QA, including proofing, link testing, rendering checks, and personalization verification • Monitor deliverability health, including bounce rates, spam complaints, unsubscribe rates, and inbox placement • Maintain list hygiene through suppression management and sunset/re-engagement segments • Ensure SMS/RCS compliance with TCPA and carrier requirements • Track and report campaign and flow performance • Monitor flow health and data integrations, including Shopify and connected platforms • Troubleshoot broken triggers, filters, and data syncs • Document builds, processes, and platform configurations • Contribute to execution SOPs • Work Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET with a one-hour unpaid meal break

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience building and sending email and SMS campaigns and flows in a DTC or ecommerce environment • Proven Klaviyo troubleshooting expertise across flow triggers, event/profile data, filters, segmentation logic, and integrations • Ability to independently investigate and flag technical issues • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email • Experience troubleshooting rendering issues across email clients and devices • Experience executing SMS campaigns and flows • Understanding of TCPA and carrier compliance requirements • Disciplined approach to QA, including proofing, link testing, and rendering checks • Experience setting up A/B tests in an email or SMS platform • Experience tracking campaign and flow performance metrics • Ability to manage a high-volume send calendar and meet deadlines consistently • Strong organization, project management, and time management skills • Clear communication and ability to work with copywriters, designers, and strategists • Comfortable working from strategy briefs and calendars set by others while proactively flagging risks and issues • Up-to-date Mac or Windows computer with anti-virus protection • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and software • Comfortable and experienced using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, OneDrive) • Klaviyo certification(s) preferred • Experience with Shopify and its Klaviyo integration preferred • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices preferred • Experience with RCS messaging preferred • Experience in the health, wellness, or supplement industry preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer (W-2) position • Not currently hiring international or California-based employees
