📋 Description

• Partner with Risk Management, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional teams to support efficient, compliant risk operations • Analyze data to identify operational trends, surface risks, and provide recommendations that improve decision-making and strengthen risk processes • Collaborate with Risk Operations to enhance workflows, optimize operational processes, and support scalable solutions that improve team efficiency • Maintain, test, and refine risk alerts, controls, and operating procedures to align with evolving regulations, fraud trends, and governance requirements • Support process improvement and change management initiatives by documenting procedures, identifying operational enhancements, and helping implement new ways of working • Coordinate incident follow-up activities by tracking remediation efforts, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and helping drive timely issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience using data and analytics to solve complex business problems • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Codex, or ChatGPT to improve workflows, analyze information, or support operational decision-making • Strong attention to detail • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, act with urgency, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships • Collaborative, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed • Project management experience preferred • May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment
