📋 Description

• Lead data initiatives across Trading, defining priorities, roadmaps, success measures, and opportunities for greater business impact • Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions through research, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration • Drive cross-functional execution by managing dependencies, identifying risks, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining visibility into progress and outcomes • Establish clear requirements, success criteria, and scalable processes that help Engineering teams deliver high-quality solutions efficiently • Advance AI-powered workflows by identifying automation opportunities and developing reusable agents and tools that improve productivity and decision-making • Stay connected to production systems, supporting incident response and turning operational learnings into improvements • Strengthen Technical Program Management practices by sharing knowledge, mentoring teammates, and developing reusable frameworks and best practices • Partner across Engineering, Analytics, Trading, and Data teams to define priorities and drive complex programs from concept through delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • At least 4 years of experience in technical program management, technical product management, engineering leadership, or a similar role • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours • Experience working in Sportsbook, iGaming, Trading, or another closely related data-intensive environment • Experience using AI to improve workflows through agents, automation, or other reusable solutions • Strong SQL skills • Ability to analyze data, validate assumptions, and turn insights into decisions • Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Sigma • Understanding of data pipelines, extract-transform-load processes, and data architecture • Strong technical communication skills • Highly organized, self-directed approach to navigating ambiguity and building alignment • May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment
