📋 Description

• Lead programs and initiatives across the division from concept to market • Align product, engineering, and business teams to exceed customer expectations • Lead 15–20 engineers and drive execution of complex compute programs • Support cross-functional teams and provide subject matter expertise in planning and execution of multiple projects and programs • Foster effective communication and maintain meticulous documentation • Report program status, risks, opportunities, process dependencies, and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders • Engage with key collaborators to communicate progress, evaluate and identify business risks, understand priorities, and propose solutions • Adopt best-practice guidelines to influence and implement • Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that enables engineers to succeed and grow

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent • Proficient experience in program or project management in a cross-functional and technical team • Sufficient technical background to provide credibility to technical teams and accurately and objectively evaluate risks and issues • Experience navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adapting to changing priorities • Good interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders • Action-oriented with solid analytical skills • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to inspire people at all levels of the organization without direct authority • Proficient experience managing Agile work processes
