📋 Description

• Lead current-state architecture assessments across the application, data, and integration landscapes of organizations involved in an M&A transaction • Define target-state application and integration architecture for post-merger integration or divestiture separation • Translate business and program requirements into architecture principles, roadmaps, and implementation-ready recommendations under deal-driven timelines • Develop architecture blueprints, dependency views, system inventories, and decision documentation • Coordinate with business leaders, program teams, functional SMEs, and technical teams to align architecture decisions • Facilitate client discussions and communicate architecture strategy to executive and technical audiences • Produce architecture diagrams, analysis, and documentation as a hands-on individual contributor • Operate effectively with incomplete information and evolving priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise and/or solution architecture experience • Experience supporting M&A integration, carve-out, or divestiture programs, including application and data rationalization across two or more organizations • Experience spanning business, application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture • Experience developing current-state assessments and target-state architecture roadmaps • Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills across executive and technical audiences • Comfortable working as a hands-on individual contributor and personally producing architecture artifacts • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency • Ability to perform all work within the continental United States • Immediate or near-immediate availability • Prior Big 4 or large consulting-led transformation experience preferred • Experience with transition service agreements (TSAs) and Day 1 / Day 2 cutover planning preferred • Exposure to major ERP or enterprise platforms preferred • Enterprise architecture certification such as TOGAF or equivalent framework experience preferred • Experience with EA tooling such as ArchiMate, LeanIX, Ardoq, or Visio preferred
