📋 Description

• Coordinate daily IPU workflow and provide day-to-day guidance to maintain service levels, accuracy, and productivity • Serve as a resource for IPU team members, answer process questions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex concerns • Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing education while reinforcing procedures, tools, and best practices • Partner with Education and IPU leadership to develop and maintain training materials and resources • Monitor workflow, productivity trends, and operational performance to identify barriers, resource needs, and improvement opportunities • Coordinate scheduling, staffing coverage, and team communications • Support operational continuity and workload management • Assist during increased volume, staffing shortages, or urgent needs to maintain service levels and team effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred • 6+ months of IPU experience with demonstrated knowledge of IPU processes and workflows • Ability to perform IPU responsibilities consistently and accurately while exercising sound judgment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment • Experience serving as a peer resource, trainer, preceptor, or informal team lead preferred • Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented approach • Flexibility to support changing operational and scheduling needs • CPhT or EXCPT preferred
