📋 Description

• Lead the FP&A function and support the executive leadership team • Serve as senior FP&A leader and financial business partner to the CFO, executive team, board, and investors • Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets covering revenue growth, retention, expenses, and cash flow • Work cross-functionally with executive and leadership teams to align financial objectives with company strategy • Own KPIs and translate data into actionable insights • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for senior leadership, the board, and investors • Prepare board materials and support communication of financial performance and strategy • Partner with accounting to ensure timely and accurate month-end close and cash forecasting • Optimize Salesforce, NetSuite, and Power BI to support growth and scalability • Deliver ad hoc, decision-grade analyses and special projects for senior management • Establish planning processes, performance metrics, reporting standards, and financial discipline • Personally develop analyses, models, and presentations for decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in finance roles • 3 to 5 years of experience within a private equity-backed SaaS company (required) • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Excel, and a BI tool; Power BI preferred (required) • Experience leading an FP&A function or serving as the most senior FP&A owner in a lean, high-growth environment • Direct accountability for forecasting, budgeting, and executive/board reporting • Ability to establish direction, influence executives, and drive organizational outcomes without direct reports • Comfortable operating as both a strategic finance leader and hands-on practitioner • Ability to personally own financial models, reporting, board materials, forecasting processes, and ad hoc analysis • Outstanding analytical skills and ability to connect data analysis with business outcomes • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills • Proactive and consultative approach to internal and external requests • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
