📋 Description

• Format and prepare instructional materials for publication, ensuring consistency with templates, branding, and design standards. • Copyedit and proofread materials for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and usability. • Support instructional designers and curriculum leads in creating and revising curriculum resources. • Conduct QA reviews of curriculum materials and LMS courses before release, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidelines. • Build, format, update, and migrate courses across LMS platforms, including Canvas, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Schoology, and Google Classroom. • Maintain organized curriculum files, track version updates, and support distribution to partners. • Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, designers, and product teams to move curriculum through development, QA, and release. • Apply feedback consistently across all relevant materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and experience in education, instructional design, curriculum and instruction, educational technology, or a related field. • Experience developing, editing, formatting, or implementing instructional materials. • Experience with one or more LMS platforms (Canvas, D2L Brightspace, Blackboard, Schoology, or Google Classroom). • Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards, or willingness to develop expertise. • Strong organizational and asset-management skills across multiple projects and priorities. • Comfort learning new technologies in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
