📋 Description

• Support the creation of omnichannel communications, including email, in-product messaging, webinars, educational resources, and community initiatives • Collaborate on the continuous improvement of the customer journey, from onboarding through renewal • Assist with re-engagement programs to increase retention rates • Execute campaigns and targeted messaging for the installed customer base to drive account growth • Work closely with the Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams • Manage the collection of testimonials, success stories, reviews, customer stories, and referrals • Develop internal and external materials, including fact sheets, presentations, email templates, FAQs, and case studies, that communicate the platform’s ROI and value • Support the tracking of metrics and testing to optimize adoption, activation, engagement, and renewal

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Demand Generation • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Proficiency with Salesforce or other customer relationship management systems • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo and Eloqua • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Advanced conversational English for effective interaction with international teams
