📋 Description

• Oversee preventive maintenance operations across building systems, plumbing, air conditioning, kitchen equipment, and electrical systems • Analyze performance and trends in maintenance operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness • Supervise due diligence, transition, and pre-development maintenance activities for new properties • Implement a company-wide service standard platform • Negotiate national vendor contracts to secure services and pricing • Oversee outside maintenance and engineering consultants for compliance with company standards • Oversee guest-room repairs, including minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, telephone, and cable repairs • Manage the systematic rooms preventive maintenance program to ensure guest satisfaction and safety • Participate in formalized training and development opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management • Previous hotel experience is required • Relevant Technical certifications are preferred • Experience with Microsoft Suite required • Experience with Quore preferred • Ability to travel as needed, up to 80% of schedule • Final candidates must be based in the Eastern US due to travel requirements • Flexible scheduling availability may be required
