📋 Description
• Represent the company in employment litigation matters • Develop legal strategies to protect the company's interests • Provide legal counsel on employment-related issues • Prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other court filings • Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings as required • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess legal risks and recommend practical solutions • Ensure compliance with California employment laws and regulations
🎯 Requirements
• Active member in good standing with the California Bar • Proven experience representing and defending employers in employment litigation • Strong knowledge of California employment law • Excellent litigation, negotiation, and communication skills • Ability to appear in California courts as needed • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
