📋 Description

• Review and adjudicate claims for the GAP product • Verify multiple documents • Ensure the correct amount is applied to the loan or returned to the customer • Meet and exceed performance goals • Handle challenging customer calls and identify solutions • Work collaboratively in a high-functioning team environment • Meet multiple time-sensitive requirements and deliverable due dates

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Bachelor or Associate degree preferred • Knowledge of GAP and/or insurance claims preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Ability to meet time-sensitive requirements and deliverable due dates • Strong problem-solving skills • Positive emotional resilience • Enthusiastic, passionate, and goal-oriented approach • Ability to work from a quiet, conducive home office with reliable and secure internet in an approved city and state • Successful completion of background and drug screening required • Must work in a drug-free, tobacco-free workplace
