📋 Description

• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to answer key questions and drive impact in Dropbox’s Core Experience and Artificial Intelligence areas • Perform analytical deep-dives, identify hypotheses, and design and execute experiments • Create personalized segmentation strategies using propensity models to target offers and experiences based on user attributes • Identify trends and build automated reporting and executive-facing dashboards tracking acquisition, monetization, and engagement • Identify opportunities, advocate for solutions, and build cross-functional momentum around data-grounded ideas • Monitor and analyze high-volume experiments optimizing product user experience and revenue, and promote multivariate experimentation best practices • Translate complex concepts into business implications through verbal and written communication • Collaborate with Data Science, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design, User Research, and senior executives to execute and iterate rapidly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or above in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 8+ years of experience using analytics to drive key business decisions, including business, product, or marketing analytics, business intelligence, or strategy consulting • Ability to work independently and proactively engage business stakeholders with minimal direction • Significant experience with SQL • Deep understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation design, regression, decision trees, and common analytical techniques • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong leadership and influence skills • Preferred: product analytics experience in a SaaS company • Preferred: master’s or above in a quantitative discipline • Preferred: proficiency in programming/scripting and statistical packages such as R or Python
