📋 Description

• Provides overall direction and guidance to the procurement activities of the organization. • Provides strategic leadership and management to individuals supporting procurement projects, programs, and systems. • Develops and implements long and short-term strategies to achieve financial and savings targets. • Develops KPIs and OKRs to track compliance of deployed procurement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or Logistics or equivalent fields is required. • Minimum of 7 years experience with minimum of 3 years leading large programs and/or teams in a matrixed environment. • Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate as required.
