📋 Description

• Provide exceptional procurement support, license administration, and asset management for customers • Analyze funding deficits, needs, and concerns, and identify potential savings opportunities • Respond timely to customer inquiries via Jira, Slack, and email • Initiate requests for quotes, create and manage purchase requisitions (PRs), and receive orders • Update and maintain procurement and asset records • Track procurements against awarded contract funding and create Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROMs) • Initiate Procurement Requests or Funding tickets • Track and manage renewals to ensure continuity ahead of expiration • Create and manage Validation of Need (VON) tickets for customer confirmation of renewals • Research new products/services and collaborate with vendors and customers to refine requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience • Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience in procurement; must understand budgeting and other accounting and financial concepts • Required Technical Skills: Prior experience working on government procurement programs; Mid-to-Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Product period-of-performance tracking and organization experience
