📋 Description

• Plan, budget, oversee, and document projects related to new business implementation and existing business initiatives within Contract Logistics • Focus projects on warehousing and distribution centers • Work closely with clients and DSV leadership to keep projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget • Plan project implementation phases, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and critical path tasks • Operate projects according to DSV CL Project Approach methodology and Group PMO governance • Facilitate DSV Quality Planning sessions with clients • Communicate project scope and schedule to resources and stakeholders • Hold team members, contractors, clients, and functional owners accountable for deliverables • Manage project budget, scope, timeline, and change control • Lead status meetings, project team updates, risk mitigation, and Project Board updates • Escalate issues and risks to management and/or the Project Board • Manage transition from project execution to stable operations • Assist with drafting MS Project files for RFP responses • Support internal department process and toolset improvement initiatives • Provide planning, risk mitigation, team leadership, project ownership, oversight, follow-up, prioritization, and executive-level communication

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree is basic requirement (Management, Engineering, Operations preferred) • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience • Minimum of 10 years’ Logistics/Warehousing Industry experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project & Visio • Experience with Warehouse Management System(s) • English reading, writing, and verbal skills • Good mathematical skills • E-commerce experience including starting up small to large volume solutions • Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures during warmer and colder months • Ability to work overtime as dictated by the business • Travel domestically and internationally • PMP or other formal project management training preferred • Experience in a 3PL environment preferred • Experience in warehouse automation applications preferred • Spanish is a plus • AutoCAD is a plus
