📋 Description

• Execute complex customer projects following handoff from the sales team • Serve as primary point of accountability for project delivery and customer escalation • Manage contractual obligations, commercial risks, customer expectations, change orders, variation requests, and additional sales opportunities • Lead international, cross-functional teams including engineering, software, site management, and subcontractors • Ensure adherence to Körber's Project Excellence methodology, quality standards, and documentation processes • Develop and execute project plans covering resource allocation, forecasting, scheduling, and budgets • Monitor progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards • Oversee installation, commissioning, acceptance activities, and PAC/FAC milestones • Provide project status updates and decision-making recommendations • Manage project documentation, supplier tender processes, milestone-based invoicing, and customer reporting • Collaborate with customers, engineering, site management, sales, service, supply chain, finance, manufacturing, system integration teams, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 8+ years of project management experience, preferably within logistics, automation, material handling, or industrial environments • Strong expertise in complex project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and execution • Experience working within matrix organizations and leading cross-functional, international teams • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Self-motivated, decisive, and adaptable, with integrity and accountability • Customer-focused leadership, business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to drive results • Eligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, IPMA, PRINCE2, or similar) is preferred
