β€’ Own the full cycle of bringing independent NP practice owners onto the platform β€’ Source and qualify NP practice owners through outbound prospecting, conference networking, referral channels β€’ Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, tracking activity and deal stage β€’ Experiment with prospecting tools and sequencing platforms to identify the most efficient channels for our market β€’ Lead discovery conversations with practice owners to understand their clinical model, payer mix, and revenue challenges β€’ Work with Duet's diagnostic and analytics tools to build a compelling, data-backed case for each prospect β€’ Manage deals from initial contact through contract execution β€’ Represent Duet at NP-focused conferences, regional association events, and industry meetups β€’ Build relationships in the NP community that generate long-term referral and partnership value β€’ Bring market intelligence back to the product and clinical teams

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2–5 years in a client-facing sales, partnerships, or business development role β€” ideally in healthcare, health tech, or a regulated industry β€’ Demonstrated track record of owning deals end-to-end, not just sourcing or supporting β€’ Strong discovery and consultative selling skills β€” you ask good questions and you listen β€’ Comfortable operating without a fully built playbook; you can create structure without waiting for it β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication; you can explain a financial opportunity clearly to a busy clinician. β€’ Preferred: Experience selling to independent or small-group medical practices β€’ Familiarity with practice economics: billing, coding, payer mix, revenue cycle β€’ Existing relationships in the NP or primary care community β€’ Experience evaluating or implementing sales prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay, Outreach, etc.)
