β’ Own the full cycle of bringing independent NP practice owners onto the platform β’ Source and qualify NP practice owners through outbound prospecting, conference networking, referral channels β’ Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, tracking activity and deal stage β’ Experiment with prospecting tools and sequencing platforms to identify the most efficient channels for our market β’ Lead discovery conversations with practice owners to understand their clinical model, payer mix, and revenue challenges β’ Work with Duet's diagnostic and analytics tools to build a compelling, data-backed case for each prospect β’ Manage deals from initial contact through contract execution β’ Represent Duet at NP-focused conferences, regional association events, and industry meetups β’ Build relationships in the NP community that generate long-term referral and partnership value β’ Bring market intelligence back to the product and clinical teams
β’ 2β5 years in a client-facing sales, partnerships, or business development role β ideally in healthcare, health tech, or a regulated industry β’ Demonstrated track record of owning deals end-to-end, not just sourcing or supporting β’ Strong discovery and consultative selling skills β you ask good questions and you listen β’ Comfortable operating without a fully built playbook; you can create structure without waiting for it β’ Excellent written and verbal communication; you can explain a financial opportunity clearly to a busy clinician. β’ Preferred: Experience selling to independent or small-group medical practices β’ Familiarity with practice economics: billing, coding, payer mix, revenue cycle β’ Existing relationships in the NP or primary care community β’ Experience evaluating or implementing sales prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay, Outreach, etc.)
