📋 Description

• Own and manage the Workday tenant configuration, business processes, and system settings • Lead Workday updates, releases, and system enhancements • Maintain documentation, configuration guides, and training materials • Evaluate and implement new Workday features • Serve as the technical escalation point for complex Workday issues • Train and enable Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams • Manage ticket queues and resolve challenging system problems • Lead the Workday change control committee with HR, Finance, and IS stakeholders • Facilitate decisions on system changes and enhancements • Communicate updates, secure approvals, and implement changes with organizational impact • Promote adoption and effective communication of Workday changes • Manage vendor relationships and third-party support • Plan and manage system upgrades and go-lives • Support more than 2,000 users across multiple business units • Manage Workday integrations, reporting, and system security at scale • Analyze processes and data to identify improvements and optimize workflows • Translate technical concepts for non-technical users and present to internal audiences • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and implementation vendors to ensure ongoing operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technologies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field with equivalent experience • Proficient in troubleshooting, tier-3 support, report building, and system documentation • 7+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience • Experience with Workday tenant management, business processes, security roles and access control, integrations (EIB, Core Connect, APIs, Workday Studio), reporting, and release management • Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, Microsoft Office 365, and data reporting/analytics tools including Prism, calculated fields, and dashboards • Willingness to pursue Workday certifications and stay current on best practices • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • No visa sponsorship is offered now or in the future • Experience with third-party system integrations, Workday security management, identity and access management systems, and IT security best practices preferred • Workday certifications in HCM, Finance, or Security preferred • CompTIA A+ or other IT certifications preferred • Experience in application administration, integrations/interface management, leading committees, and supporting system implementations preferred • Standard availability typically 8 AM–5 PM CST, with occasional after-hours or weekend work • Some travel expected, including attendance at the annual Workday Conference • Candidates located in Pennsylvania or New York cannot be hired
