📋 Description

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach, existing relationships, and referral partners • Consistently meet or exceed monthly loan origination targets • Evaluate financing opportunities, structure loan scenarios, and negotiate terms consistent with Dunmor's lending guidelines • Build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and other referral partners • Develop repeat business and referrals through strong customer relationships • Maintain knowledge of local real estate markets, lending trends, and competitive offerings • Maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up from initial opportunity through closing • Keep accurate and current prospect, customer, and loan information in the CRM • Monitor sales activity, pipeline performance, and production results to identify opportunities for improvement • Coordinate with Customer Care, Credit, and other internal teams to support timely loan processing and closing • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the financing process, communicating updates and helping resolve issues • Represent Dunmor at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities • Build awareness of Dunmor's lending programs within assigned markets • Follow up with industry contacts to develop new relationships and generate loan opportunities • Achieve or exceed monthly origination volume of $2 million or more

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of how to build relationships, develop new business, and guide borrowers through the financing process • Ability to generate new business and build relationships with borrowers and referral partners • Ability to evaluate financing opportunities, structure loan scenarios, and negotiate terms consistent with Dunmor's lending guidelines • Ability to meet or exceed monthly loan origination targets • Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and other referral partners • Knowledge of local real estate markets, lending trends, and competitive offerings • Ability to maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up from initial opportunity through closing • Ability to keep accurate and current prospect, customer, and loan information in the CRM • Ability to monitor sales activity, pipeline performance, and production results • Ability to coordinate with Customer Care, Credit, and other internal teams • Strong deal structuring and execution capabilities • Ability to represent Dunmor at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
