📋 Description

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned campaigns from kickoff through close • Deliver a program timeline and kickoff materials for each assigned campaign • Coordinate with internal ads teams to launch campaigns on schedule • Partner with Ad Ops to QA and launch assigned campaigns • Deliver client pacing and performance updates while campaigns are live • Enter and maintain insertion orders and media plans in internal sales systems • Deliver RFP responses and media plans, including video and native/custom ad formats, for assigned sales opportunities • Deliver in-campaign optimization and incremental-spend recommendations • Deliver campaign recaps at close, covering results, learnings, and insights • Report to the Account Management Lead • Support Duolingo Ads, Duolingo’s direct advertising business

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account management • Client-facing background at a tech company, publisher, or agency managing brand partnerships, creative development, or buying • Track record of cross-team collaboration and partnering with stakeholders to lead projects from kick-off through execution • Strong project management capabilities, managing high volumes of campaigns with accuracy • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Ability to operate at a high level with a lot of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment • Built media plans across spend levels, including video and native/custom ad formats • Strong understanding of ad tech and mobile app ecosystems • Understanding of the Duolingo product and freemium business model • Experience monitoring and reporting on performance, using data to tell impactful stories • Proficiency in Google Product Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Slack, and OMS tools such as Boostr
