📋 Description

• Provide second-level technical support for field, customer, and SafeSPEC™ online product selector inquiries • Serve as an applications authority for hazard evaluation, contamination control, chemical protective garment selection, and PPE decision support • Apply industrial hygiene and risk assessment principles to evaluate workplace hazards and select protective solutions • Document technical support activity, customer learnings, and application insights in Salesforce.com • Support Sales in technical customer engagements, end-user hazard assessments, product/application discussions, and customer-facing presentations • Conduct or support onsite hazard risk assessments through the SafeGUIDE™ field assessment process • Translate technical findings into practical recommendations for protective garment options and application fit • Identify industry trends, application needs, and technical insights for product enhancements, training, and commercial opportunities • Develop technical collateral, application guidance, educational materials, case studies, white papers, webinars, and training content • Present or support DuPont Academy training for channel sellers, end users, and internal teams • Support SafeSPEC™ training, product selector education, and internal knowledge-building • Contribute technical expertise to industry events, AIHA activities, tradeshows, and educational forums • Build relationships with industry influencers, educators, and technical stakeholders • Share competitive, technical, and customer application learnings internally • Partner with Marketing and Product teams on unmet needs, emerging hazards, content, training, and product development

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field • 5+ years of experience in industrial hygiene, occupational safety, EHS technical support, PPE selection, chemical safety, or a related field • Strong understanding of hazard and risk assessment principles for PPE selection • Ability to interpret technical data and communicate recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong follow-through and organizational skills • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office • Ability to travel approximately 20–25% • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation preferred • Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) experience preferred • Experience with chemical protective clothing, PPE selection, contamination control, industrial manufacturing, life sciences, emergency response, or environmental services preferred • Experience conducting customer hazard assessments, field technical support, or technical training preferred • Experience presenting at industry events, webinars, training programs, or customer technical forums preferred • Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM tool preferred; training provided
