• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms • Assist with reservation updates, itinerary changes, and general travel inquiries • Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and procedures • Confirm travel details and follow up with clients prior to departure • Address client concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Customer service experience preferred; hospitality or travel experience is a plus, but not required • Organized and comfortable handling multiple requests • Able to learn new systems and tools quickly • Interest in travel and helping others
