📋 Description
• Assist the Real Estate Department in the organization and communication of site information • Oversee various real estate tasks for company-owned locations in their assigned region • Collaborate with Site Acquisition Managers, Legal Team, Construction Coordinators, and Construction Managers • Obtain review and approval of sites by the Real Estate Committee • Ensure project information and timelines are communicated and managed
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 4+ years of progressively responsible knowledge and experience related to project coordination with a focus on QSR restaurants with high volumes; or a combination of relevant work experience, education, and/or equivalent Military experience • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred • Understanding of site evaluation and real estate negotiation procedures • Experience with land use, development processes, building permits, and construction project management is a plus • Experience with DocuSign and Lucernex project management software is a plus
