📋 Description

• Conduct merchant due diligence and identify ways to automate and accelerate onboarding. • Perform annual compliance reviews and handle merchant outreach. • Process bank account changes. • Analyze BSA/AML alerts with an investigative mindset. • Maintain professional customer communications to resolve compliance issues. • Audit daily routines to identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks. • Leverage AI tools to scale team operations.
