📋 Description

• Partner closely with Product and Design teams to translate customer pain points into delightful, high-performance product experiences. • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of medium-to-large scale projects with minimal requirements, from initial design and architecture to deployment and iteration. • Proactively identify technical debt, surface technical roadmap items, and design high-quality, scalable solutions for our core platforms. • Act as a multiplier for the team by coaching junior engineers through PR reviews, design discussions, and sharing best practices for agentic workflows. • Lead by example in using LLMs and agentic tools to amplify judgment and speed while maintaining a high quality bar for the entire team. • Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident responses, using advanced tools for logging, monitoring, and debugging to ensure system reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record of owning and delivering complex features independently. • Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern backend ecosystem, specifically Ruby or .NET/C#. • Deep understanding of how to build high-quality, performant, and scalable distributed systems. • Extensive experience designing and evolving complex data models across relational (SQL Server) and non-relational stores.
