📋 Description

• Optimize Salesforce CRM and internal processes to create a world-class customer experience • Streamline business operations and help scale the organization to better serve millions of Catholics • Support team members in every department • Shape how the organization uses data and systems • Configure new and existing Salesforce functionality • Develop and maintain scalable solutions across business systems • Leverage Salesforce CRM, NetSuite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Boomi, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and contribute to process and system optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Two plus years of experience working in Salesforce CRM • Salesforce configuration experience including custom objects, dynamic page layouts, validations, flows, reports and dashboards, customized applications, and third-party integrations • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, APEX, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning application and component design • Passion for the Mission of Dynamic Catholic and willingness to act as a servant leader • Genuine desire to receive feedback and improve; hunger for best practices and ability to incorporate them into scalable solutions • Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud • Exposure to marketing automation, subscription billing, and enterprise resource planning systems • Exceptional organizational skills and track record of establishing and optimizing systems and processes across functions • Salesforce Admin certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Development are a plus • Understanding of Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack is a plus • Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels • Ability to define system landscapes, identify gaps between current and desired end states, and deliver solutions • Proficiency with agile development processes and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Slack • Understanding or working knowledge of Boomi integration platform tooling is a plus • Experience making analytical decisions from large amounts of data • Remote applicants must have the right experience and be passionate about the organization's mission
