📋 Description

• Design and deliver quote-to-cash automation solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud from discovery through implementation • Gather, synthesize, and translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions • Lead discovery workshops to define and document current and future-state business processes and functional requirements • Lead integration discussions and design workshops • Create current- and future-state architecture diagrams showing Salesforce integrations with ERP and other systems • Develop architectural designs, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts • Demonstrate solution functionality to client stakeholders • Act as overall solution owner during implementation and ensure project scope and outcomes remain on track • Conduct solution architecture reviews before design and development activities • Serve as functional lead and coach Consultants and Developers implementing declarative configurations and customizations • Communicate Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities, limitations, and best practices to clients • Develop and present solution options, evaluating declarative configuration against code and customization • Provide level-of-effort estimates and articulate solution feasibility, benefits, and risks • Follow new Salesforce product and technical capabilities from releases and acquisitions • Assist in interviewing candidates for the consulting practice

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce industry experience in a consulting capacity working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud • Proven understanding of the software development lifecycle • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (required) • Experience with Salesforce Billing (preferred) • Experience with Experience Cloud (preferred) • Prior experience as a Solution Architect or similar role on 4+ quote-to-cash CPQ projects, each at least 6 months in duration and including ERP integrations • Complete understanding of data models, product/pricing master data management, and standard ERP integration reference architecture • Hands-on declarative configuration expertise with products and price books, price rules, flows, advanced approvals, discounting, quoting, invoicing, and amendment and renewal processes • Working knowledge of custom development concepts including flows, Lightning components, Apex, triggers, and web services • Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills • Experience in High Tech or Manufacturing industries highly desired • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire within the first several months • Required Salesforce certifications: Administrator, CPQ Specialist • Experienced in project management theories, practices, and methods including Agile • Experience with Visio, JIRA, Prodly, Copado, or similar tools desirable • Understanding of complementary CPQ applications such as Logik.io, DigitalRoute, DocuSign CLM, Conga Contracts, Xactly, Zilliant, PROS, and Avalara Tax • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or engineering
