📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting business needs and approved system designs • Build and support Salesforce components, integrations, reporting, analytics, and data management processes, including Salesforce Data Cloud and connected applications • Manage releases and deployments, perform testing and troubleshooting, maintain technical documentation, and ensure coding, quality, and development standards • Collaborate with staff, vendors, and consultants to implement solutions, optimize business processes, improve data quality, and support system performance and innovation • Provide technical leadership through code reviews, development standards, and promotion of a high-quality maintainable codebase • Refine requirements, plan implementations, identify risks, and support successful project delivery • Maintain source control and CI/CD pipelines, resolve technical issues, and improve release efficiency • Make day-to-day technical decisions within approved designs and standards, escalating significant architectural changes • Troubleshoot Salesforce and related systems, serve as an escalation point, and assist users with functionality, enhancements, and configuration • Support production incident resolution, platform reliability, system maintenance, user adoption, and communication of significant risks or recurring issues to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments • Strong Salesforce development expertise, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, Flow, and platform administration • Experience designing, building, customizing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, data architecture, data modeling, integrations, APIs, and enterprise system connectivity • Experience with CI/CD, source control, deployment management, code reviews, and development standards • Strong troubleshooting, testing, debugging, and production support skills • Experience supporting reporting and analytics initiatives • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Ability to produce clear technical documentation • Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Developer certifications preferred • Experience with email and SMS automation platforms and integrations preferred • Knowledge of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) and/or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) preferred • Experience working with nonprofit organizations or nonprofit CRM environments preferred • Willingness and ability to work the full or greater part of the workday within 8:30 AM–5 PM EST • Legally eligible to work in the United States • Willingness and ability to travel up to 5%
