📋 Description

• Lead, facilitate, and coordinate operation of the Agile Release Train (ART) • Facilitate PI Planning, pre-PI refinement, Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, ART Sync, System Demo, and Inspect & Adapt events • Manage cross-team dependencies, impediments, risks, and ART operating rhythm • Maintain the Program Board, ROAM register, PI Objectives, capacity envelopes, and other program artifacts • Coach PEMs, Tech Leads, Product Managers, and ART members on SAFe adoption and Dynata processes • Track and report Predictability, Flow, Business Value, and capacity debt metrics • Drive continuous improvement and carry improvement actions into subsequent Program Increments • Report ART health weekly to the Chapter Lead and participate in Chapter Council and quarterly reviews • Coordinate with peer RTEs on cross-ART dependencies and synchronization • Support roadmap planning, tooling improvements, training, and certification capacity • Ensure compliance with Dynata engineering processes, SAFe methodology, documentation standards, and workplace requirements • Perform scope-change impact analysis, propose trade-offs, and support business decision-making • Participate in performance evaluations and peer reviews of key program artifacts • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to understand needs and execute interventions • Support Dynata, a first-party data provider helping businesses gain insights, activate audiences, and measure impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field • Graduate-level education in Agile Project Management, Organizational Transformation, or related disciplines preferred • Minimum two active SAFe / Agile certifications; SAFe RTE preferred • 5+ years leading software delivery programs • 2+ years coordinating multiple teams at program level • At least 3 PI Planning events facilitated or co-facilitated • Knowledge of Jira, including Jira Plans, Azure DevOps, and Linear • Familiarity with Dynata’s two-Jira-project model • Experience with Miro, Mural, Lucidchart, and Aha! Roadmaps • Experience with Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet • Familiarity with Mentimeter, Slido, or Poll Everywhere • Ability to read and interpret Predictability, Flow, and Business Value metrics using Tableau, Power BI, Jira Dashboards, or EazyBI • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including capacity planning and capacity debt tracking • Working knowledge of SAFe 6.0, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean • Working knowledge of Dynata Product & Engineering Process (V1, May 2026) • Ability to ensure health, safety, and work environment compliance
