📋 Description

• Design and develop dashboards with KPIs, drill-through capabilities, and effective visualizations • Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics techniques to uncover trends and support data-driven decision-making • Leverage SQL, Python, R, Jupyter Notebooks, BI platforms, and analytics engineering practices to deliver reporting, automation, advanced analytics, and business insights • Integrate and transform data from Salesforce, Workday, AWS, and enterprise data warehouses into the Domo data warehouse using modern ETL practices • Lead analytics initiatives through requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, adoption, and ongoing support • Translate complex business challenges into practical analytics solutions • Recommend data architecture, data quality, and process improvements • Collaborate with business analysts, BI developers, data architects, and end users • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines while managing stakeholder expectations • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and development support to analysts, BI developers, and business partners • Promote self-service analytics, deliver user training, and improve data literacy across the business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, data warehousing, enterprise reporting solutions, or a related field • Ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate complex business challenges into scalable analytics, reporting, and data solutions • Ability to lead analytics initiatives through the full solution lifecycle • 5+ years of experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Domo, Workday Prism Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, or similar technologies • Strong proficiency in SQL • 3+ years of experience designing and maintaining data models, ETL processes, data pipelines, and data integration solutions • Experience with Python, R, Jupyter Notebooks, or comparable analytical programming tools for automation, advanced analytics, or data engineering is strongly preferred • Successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment
