📋 Description

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for Salesforce applications, APIs, integrations, and end-to-end business processes • Enhance and support the enterprise automation framework for scalability, maintainability, reliability, and ease of adoption • Build reusable automation components, libraries, utilities, and test data strategies • Develop automated tests across UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end layers • Implement Page Object Model, data-driven, keyword-driven, and hybrid automation frameworks • Evaluate and improve automation coverage, effectiveness, and execution efficiency • Validate Salesforce customizations and configurations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated enterprise applications • Create and maintain automation solutions for Salesforce Lightning components, workflows, integrations, and APIs • Collaborate with developers to improve application testability and build quality into solutions • Participate in requirements reviews and sprint planning to identify automation opportunities • Leverage generative AI to generate scripts, framework components, test cases, test data, API validations, coverage analysis, root cause analysis, and defect triage • Evaluate AI-powered testing capabilities and recommend innovative quality engineering approaches • Establish AI-assisted testing best practices and governance standards • Participate in code reviews and automation design reviews • Drive adoption of innovative testing techniques and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • 7+ years of software quality assurance or quality engineering experience • 5+ years of hands-on automation development experience • Strong experience testing Salesforce applications and platforms • Experience developing and maintaining enterprise automation frameworks • Proficiency with Robot Framework, Selenium, Provar, Playwright, or equivalent technologies • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages • Experience testing REST APIs, integrations, and distributed systems • Experience working within Agile environments • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Experience with source control and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, or GitLab • Knowledge of performance, security, accessibility, and mobile testing practices • Successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment
