📋 Description

• Serve as an interface between the company and physicians, providers, employers, community groups, and members • Utilize clinical knowledge and experience to support value-based strategies, clinical operations, and high-quality, cost-effective care • Develop, collaborate on, and drive Health Care and organizational strategies • Support medical reimbursement and policy, care management, healthcare programs, network credentialing, and quality model design and analysis • Develop strategic partnerships with internal business partners and external clients • Lead community outreach and relationship building • Evaluate and manage vendors and solution partners • Conduct ongoing provider engagement • Gather, manage, and analyze clinical and other data to improve health outcomes and financial performance • Discuss data and performance with providers, employers, accreditors, and regulators • Represent BCNC through presentations, speaking engagements, and advisory groups • Publish content focused on improving accessibility, quality, and affordability • Design payment models, identify market trends, and evaluate investment and partnership opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school • Completion of residency training program • 5+ years of experience in related field • Current North Carolina medical license • Board certification in ABMS/AOA recognized clinical specialty is required • Clinical experience • Clinical leadership • Health care compliance • Healthcare management and transformation • Medical decision making and medical knowledge • Policy development
